Today my family and I went to Lava Hot Springs in Idaho. A great place to get some soothing relaxation for the body and spirit. Thought about freedom. I felt freedom in the way that the air was clean and peaceful, and I was surrounded by those I loved. Love is freedom. Feelings of the heart are freedom. I was free to be filled with the air which expanded my spirit.
